This manual describes the WEBDiagrams JavaScript toolkit and components.
The Introduction presents the fundamental concepts and building blocks of the diagram followed by a sequence of tutorials that show how to use the basic functionality.
The MonthlyCalendar chapter discusses how to use the MonthlyCalendar component and the diagram features that pertain specifically to it. The MonthlyCalendar is an extension of the Diagram component, so readers will benefit from the concepts in the Introduction.
The Reference section describes the API for both the Diagram and the MonthlyCalendar.
Readers are assumed to be familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. A note on terminology: "Elements" refers to diagram elements. HTML elements are refered to as "nodes".
Tablet users: The examples are best viewed on an iPad or an Android tablet running 3.* (Honeycomb). We are not able to support any browser on Android 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) at this time.
