Swing Edition

The Swing edition of the toolkit is licensed under the Desktop Developer License. Purchasing a Desktop Developer license for each developer that uses the toolkit allows you to redistribute the toolkit royalty-free with your end-user desktop applications.

There are two types of Desktop Developer licenses:

A Library License entitles one developer to develop applications with the toolkit's design editor and class library.

A Design License also includes the design tools (the property editors and customizer) used with IDEs.

Team licenses grant Developer licenses to each developer on one development team.

The purchase price includes 30 days technical support, bugfix releases, and a free upgrade if a new version is released within 30 days. The subscription price includes 1 year technical support and software updates. If source or a subscription is purchased, it must be purchased for all developers.

To redistribute the toolkit with your application, your application must have substantial added functionality, and it must be packaged in a way that prevents your users or other parties from accessing the toolkit programmatically, for example by obfuscating the toolkit together with your application.

JSF/AJAX Edition

The JSF/AJAX edition of the toolkit is licensed under the Server Deployment License. Purchasing a Server Deployment license for each application that uses the toolkit and each server running a toolkit application allows you to deploy the toolkit with your end-user web applications on your private or public servers.

Developer licenses for the JSF/AJAX edition are free. A non-deployable single-user development environment is included in the downloadable Evaluation Release. The Server Deployment license includes one year of team developer support and software updates.

Discounts are available for internal-only deployment (30%) and academic or non-profit use (50%). Subscription renewal is $1250 for the first application/server license and 25% for other licenses.

Step 1. Please your order with your email address and any special instructions.

Step 2. We will email you a PayPal invoice itemizing your order, with a link to the PayPal website to make your payment.

Step 3. When we are notified that your payment has been received, we will email your license key(s) and a link to the production software to you.
