Licensing

The toolkit is licensed per developer. A development license entitles one developer to use the toolkit to build applications, and entitles you to redistribute, resell, or deploy the toolkit's runtime components together with your application, royalty-free, within or outside of your organization for production purposes, subject to the following conditions:

Your application must be an end-user application, not a component, toolkit, development environment, or web service, and your application must have substantial added functionality.
You may redistribute only the allowable files, and you must install a redistribution license in the runtime library, as described in the Developers' Guide.
Your application must be packaged in a way that prevents your users from accessing the toolkit programmatically, for example by obfuscating the toolkit together with your application.

A Library License entitles one developer to use the toolkit's design editor and class library.

A Design License also includes access to the design tools (the property editors and customizer) used in IDEs.

A Source License entitles all developers at one physical address to access the source, but does not carry the development and redistribution rights of Design and Library licenses.

Pricing

Purchase price includes 60 days technical support, bugfix releases, and free upgrade if a new version is released within 30 days. The maintenance package includes 1 year support and major/minor release upgrades.

The toolkit's runtime files can be redistributed or deployed with your applications royalty-free.

Purchasing Options
