JSF/AJAX Edition Licensing
The JSF/AJAX edition of the toolkit is licensed under the Server Deployment License. Purchasing a Server Deployment license for each application that uses the toolkit and each server running a toolkit application allows you to deploy the toolkit with your end-user web applications on your private or public servers.
Developer licenses for the JSF/AJAX edition are free. A non-deployable single-user development environment is included in the downloadable Evaluation Release. The Server Deployment license includes one year of team developer support and software updates.

Discounts are available for internal-only deployment (30%) and academic or non-profit use (50%). Subscription renewal is $1250 for the first application/server license and 25% for other licenses.

To deploy the toolkit with your application, your application must have substantial added functionality, and it must be packaged in a way that prevents your users or other parties from accessing the toolkit programmatically, for example by obfuscating the toolkit together with your application.
Server Deployment licenses do not allow you to resell or redistribute the toolkit with your software.
